July 7

Welcome to the Wednesday edition.

Thanks for your patience during the blog difficulties!

We are here 24×7 — the light is always on and the door is always open, so come on in!

Be sure to visit your fellow participants!

Just one rule — only leave your link if you’re playing today. Thanks!

So on with the wordlessness!!

We’ve switched to Mister Linky’s Easy-Linky Widget, but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t leave a comment. Please say a little bit (yes, words, but just a few) about your post before you leave here!

And thank you very much for your donation to keep this site running!!

We happen to see this random bike as we were driving along the freeway and I couldn’t resist snapping pictures of it. Seriously, I WISH I could’ve taken pictures of the person riding it ;)

  31. Way I See It says:

My husband spends nearly 24 hours slow smoking pork butts for the holidays. It’s grueling work when the temperatures are near the century mark, but a day spent mostly outside with a cold beer in one hand and a good cigar in the other tending the fire and the meat is how he clears his head and feeds his soul. We didn’t attend church on the 4th because we’d been up so late with this — but there is something sacred in this!
